Postures: Triceps (Triceps Kickback, Triceps Push Up); Lower Body (Ski Slope Lunge, Back Extension)

Planes of Motion: Sagittal


Equipment Option: If you do not have mounted barres, you can use the seat of a chair (place the legs on a mat), a wall, or take the push-ups to the mat.
