Y'all, I am SO EXCITED to share this one. I have to preface that this is not my choreography. One of the rockstar instructors at my studio choreographed this and is so graciously allowing me to share it with y'all. I hope you LOVE it as much as I do!


Focus: Cardio, Thighs


Equipment: None


Equipment Modifications: If you don't have a mounted barre, hit a squat instead. If you are making this change, this series can also be completed center floor!


Coaching & Options:

  • Chair: Coach your members to start close enough to the barre that they fully extend the arms while in chair. Shoulders should be over hips and knees over ankles.

  • Upright Lunge: As you step back, the front leg should remain the same (in chair). Be sure the back leg steps back far enough to drop the back knee right under the back hip.
